David M Williams MBA - Managing Director
As the principal of the DMW Group, David has had over 30 years HR consulting and recruitment industry experience. David has a strong interest in the area of organisational change and culture and has recently submitted his thesis towards a Doctorate of Business Administration with research in the field of Leadership.
Andrew Anstey – Director of Scribing Services
Andrew has a diverse human resources background with experience in heavy manufacturing, mining and resources, information technology and services industries. He is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and has been a part of the DMW Group for the last 10 years.
Chris Maher - Director of Specialised Recruitment & Consulting
Chris has had extensive involvement with heavy industry prior to conducting his own business in HR Consultancy for some five years. He brings experience in behaviorally based assessment systems along with an understanding of testing procedures. He has been part of the DMW Group for the last 10 years.
Karen Shepherd –Temporary Recruitment Manager
Karen has eleven years experience in the airline and travel industry and five years as an owner-operator in the hospitality industry prior to joining the DMW Group in 1993. She is responsible for the recruitment and placement of our Temporary and Contract Staff, recruitment and selection of permanent staff and recruitment support services.
Dr Tony Ball - Program Director
Tony has a background in vocational education and training and higher education. He has spent more than 20 years with TAFE NSW and has a workplace background in Banking, Law and Real Estate. He is Program Director of personal professional development programs and Scribing Services.
Stacey Defina - Senior Consultant
Stacey has eight years’ experience in the HR industry. She has been involved in developing HR systems and procedures, as well as recruitment of staff. Stacey is a member of our specialised Scribing Services team.
Sarah Watts - Senior Consultant
As a member of our specialised Scribing team, Sarah has over 10 years experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment. Having recently completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Sarah is also developing and promoting training in resume development and job search skills.
Catherine Cooper – Operations Manager
Having graduated from the University of Wollongong, with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Dean's Scholar and Distinction average) with a major in Human Resources Management and minor in Economics, Catherine works across a number of teams within the DMW Group, including Temporary Employment Services and Specialist Scribing Services. Catherine draws on a breadth of research experience from within the UOW Faculty of Commerce and small Illawarra based organisations.
Gail Hennessy - Finance Officer
Gail has worked for the DMW Group for the past 11 years and handles all aspects of Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Banking etc. Gail is the most well liked member of the team (because she does the pays!!!)
